What has changed?

1. Multi-language Feature Support: Korean Added

Korean language support has been officially added to the existing English-based service.

  • Supported Languages: Korean / English
  • Expected Effect: Users who were unfamiliar with English can now use the MonitorDog service more comfortably.

Note: Other languages will be sequentially added for user convenience.

2. Enhanced Absentee Security: Password Unlock Option

An option has been added to set a stronger unlock method when the device is locked due to absence.

  • Existing Method: Automatic unlock upon user re-recognition after absence.
  • New Option: When 'PW on No Person Unlock' is enabled, the device must be unlocked by entering the user's password when locked due to absence.
  • Security Enhancement: By preventing unlock with user recognition alone, it protects important information assets with a much stronger security measure than before.

Important Notes

  • This feature is only supported on MonitorDog Agent version 1.1.0 or higher.
  • Install the updated agent to experience the new features and enhanced security.
