Service Environment Settings

This page describes the service environment configuration for the MonitorDog Agent.

The MonitorDog Agent supports both Cloud and On-premise environments. To ensure proper internal configuration based on your infrastructure, environment settings are configured during the initial installation.

Please note that once the service environment is set, it cannot be modified. To change the settings, you must reinstall the program.

Q. I want to use the On-premise environment. Is it enough to just configure the settings here?

A. Simple installation and configuration are not sufficient for On-premise use. Building the MonitorDog service in an On-premise environment requires a separate technical setup. Please contact the MonitorDog team for the detailed implementation process.
